Stacey Oxner – Director
Stacey is passionate about Nova Scotia and has helped provide the province with significant exposure at the Vancouver Winter Olympics, the Halifax 2010 Canada Games, and the World Sprint Canoe Kayak Championships in 2009 .  Most recently, Stacey help put Nova Scotia on the national stage, managing hundreds of volunteers and a Host Committee as Chair of Country Music Week 2015 and the Canadian Country Music Association Awards Show.

Neal Alderson – Senior Event Advisor
With over 17 years of experience in the major event industry, Neal understands the role events can play for a community in achieving their economic, social and cultural objectives. Neal has helped communities across Nova Scotia attract and execute major events. Neal is also a board member of the Canadian Sport Tourism Alliance (CSTA).

Stephen MacDougall  – Senior Event Advisor
Over the past 10 years Stephen has worked in a variety of roles in the events industry ranging from stage manager to event manager to marketing and communications. He was part of the team who planned and executed the year-long, province-wide PEI 2014 celebrations and has worked for numerous music festivals and conferences including the East Coast Music Awards. He is currently a member of the Music Nova Scotia Board of Directors and is a former Board member of the East Coast Music Association and Music PEI.

Caitlin Harlow  – Event Officer
With more than four years experience planning events and volunteering for non-profit organizations, Caitlin understands the role of events in enacting social change. Caitlin has volunteered on the board for two non-profit organizations and collaborated on multiple social justice campaigns and community events. In 2019, Caitlin graduated from NSCC with an advanced diploma in Event Management. She currently volunteers as a director and organizer of the Halifax VegFest.
